Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Accelerated Resolution Therapy is an evidence based approach that utilizes eye movements to help quickly resolve symptoms related to past trauma. It allows the brain to change how it stores and recalls distressing memories in as little as 1-5 sessions.You will be in control of the session and of what you share in the session; I will be there to guide you through the process.While the therapy is brief, the relief is long lasting.
